Joining instructions will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the course start date.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received by Schwaterz Ltd one week before the programme starts. If you register within one week of a course, we will request that you arrange for immediate payment in order to confirm your place.

Our website payments processing are handled by secure site powered by PayPal payment system where you can either pay using your Paypal account or simply enter your debit or credit card details. For security, your credit card details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software. Payment by BACS is also available. On submission of your registration form, you'll be provided with our bank details so you can make direct deposit to our Bank Accounts

All course fees quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax which should be added to the amount shown at the ruling rate at the time of booking the course.

Cancellation Policy

A refund (less a £100 administration fee) will be made for cancellations received in writing up until two weeks before the commencement of the course. Regrettably, because funds are allocated to the course in advance, no refund will be offered for cancellations received within two weeks of the start of a course or failure to attend (no show). However, you may request to change the dates for attending the course at no extra charge.

Schwaterz Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice and to amend or alter published programmes, fees, venues and lecturers but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so. We will issue 100% of registration refund (or a credit transfer for a future programme) should cancellation be necessary. Travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the registering individual.

Course Changes

Schwaterz Limited reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses for the benefit of its customers without notice to the customer.

Warranty and Liability

The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the requirements of the delegate attending a particular course and that the delegate has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the course.

Schwaterz Limited for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Schwaterz Limited will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.

Copyright

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Schwaterz Limited. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the photocopying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running your own courses.
